You feel very comfortable there, which is not only due to the excellent food, but also to the very service-oriented staff. We were 6 guests. EVERYONE was very satisfied.

Era meraviglioso. Grazie mille, anche al cucio che ha fatto un ottima lavoro Thank you for this magical evening. I really enjoyed this spontaneously decided dinner. I ate very tasty in remarkable rooms with lovely decorations. The really well-made carbonara is served here typically Italian with real egg and the panna cotta was a revelation. The service was gracious, cheerful, quick and very charming.

Great outdoor location (I wasn't inside), typical Italian cuisine, the dishes are just as tasty as in all the decades in Mamma Mia, whose loyal customer I was! The kitchen has stayed the same, the ambience has improved!

Pity! The staff at Mamma Mia has always been very friendly, we were often and happy to be guests. But in the Gambero they just let us sit in the garden in the evening (which apparently was not open despite the mild weather, which was not apparent), and, upon friendly request, sent us rather uninterested and unfriendly without offering a table inside. Whether the nerve wg. Corona lying bare? In any case, I'm used to friendly restaurateurs and service staff from Ottensen. I didn't feel welcome. We probably won't go there anymore.

During lunch break, I end up in this beautiful restaurant with a friend. We are greeted warmly and can choose a table that is still free. The waiter is really very warm and I immediately feel comfortable. The interior of the restaurant is also convincing. The colors are coherent. A good start. At lunchtime there is always a choice of pasta, pizza, meat or fish dishes. We choose pasta and pizza and then try the other one. I am satisfied and also my companion. Another visit is planned

In my opinion "Il Gambero" is a very nice restaurant. The service was really good, the decorations were also OK. The most important thing, the pizza, was really tasty, but maybe there could have been a few more ingredients, but it was probably because of the type of pizza I ordered. I can only recommend this restaurant!

Pizza only good, service very friendly, but a starter is missing and then a wrong main course. Nevertheless, the atmosphere is right and all the meat was perfect. So potential upwards. Very nice room for groups up to 24 people. Gladly again.

Even the reservation, whether by phone or verbally on site, is always a pleasure! The staff is always very welcoming, polite, attentive and just nice. Here you take your time for the customer. I do not know any Italian who is better in this regard. The food, whether pizza, meat, fish or pasta dishes, are really delicious. The ambience is cozy and very quiet. You can talk well in a pleasant atmosphere. A great place to stay!

Great Italian and next to Mamma Mia in Altona one of my favorite restaurants when it comes to Italian cuisine. The waiters are absolutely gracious and attentive. You should definitely try the “special” antipasti platter ... a treat 👌🏻

The food is good and the service is nice, just the interior is a bit lackluster and boring.
